Return Policy for Fliptide Provisions

Custom Made, Made for You
Every product we make is custom, built specifically for your shop, your brand, and your order. Because of this, custom goods aren't stocked, resold, or returnable to our factory once production is complete. Unless there is a manufacturing defect we don't accept returns or offer refunds.
Sample First, Then You Decide
Before placing a bulk order, we're happy to provide a free product sample for you to try before you buy, we can even make a pre-production sample of your custom goods for a small additional fee. This is your chance to test the fit, feel, and quality firsthand before committing. Once you've approved of the sample and placed your order, that approval carries through to the full production run.
Care Instructions Matter
Our products are built to last with proper care. Each item comes with care instructions specific to its material. For example, our rashguards are hand wash only. How a product holds up over time depends heavily on how it's washed, stored, and used, especially with dive gear where contact with velcro, buckles, and straps is common. We're not able to guarantee performance for products that weren't cared for according to the included instructions or improperly handled.
Once It's Delivered / Our Warranty
We stand behind the quality of what we make, and we want you to love your gear. If your order arrives with defects such as holes, tears, or any other damage that occurred during manufacturing or shipping we'll work with you to make it right. Please take photos of the product, the box and anything else we need to know about. That being said, once your order has been delivered, we don't offer refunds, replacements, or guarantees based on wear from normal use.
NOTE:
Normal wear and garment deterioration from regular use; including abrasion, sun exposure and damage from misuse/improper care, are not covered by our warranty.
